OnePlus‘s next flagship, OnePlus 5 launched on 22nd June 2017 at 2:30PM IST in India in an event hosted by OnePlus in Mumbai. It was unveiled globally on June 20, this year. OnePlus will be hosting popup events after the launch from June 23, in four cities, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. These events are intended to showcase the new OnePlus 5, in which user’s can experience and purchase the smartphone, it is very obvious that the stocks at these popup events will be limited.
OnePlus 5 Features & Specifications
OnePlus was the hot talk among the tech communities in last few months and have seen so much rumors and leaks. OnePlus 5 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8.5 processor (2.45 GHz) and comes in two storage varients, both in terms of RAM & ROM, 6GB/8GB RAM with 64GB/128GB ROM respectively. OnePlus 5 doesn’t have a memory card slot.
OnePlus 5 comes with dual primary cameras 16 Megapixel + 20 Megapixel and a 16Megapixel secondary camera. Dual camera’s at the back can take good DSLR styled depth of field images. OnePlus 5 comes with a 5.5 inch full HD Optic AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels with a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
OnePlus 5 comes with a 3,300mAh battery, and it runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Oxygen OS.
